The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is one of the most exciting sales of the year – and it’s just around the corner! As I’m sure most of you know, this is your only opportunity to shop brand new fall merchandise at a discount. This year, Nordstrom is giving everyone the ability to preview all sale items today, so you can save your favorites to your Wish List and check out quickly as soon as the sale opens. From my experience in previous years, certain sizes and categories tend to sell out fast so I highly recommend previewing the NSale to get a feel for what you want to prioritize buying. There have been so many great items in the past spanning across fall essentials and even pieces that will last me through summer. Today, I wanted to share the items that are high on my wish list.

Keep in mind that these items are not yet available at discounted prices. Instead, you can save the pieces you want and come back to shop once the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale starts. 

All cardmembers will be able to shop “Early Access” starting August 13, but you might be able to shop even earlier depending on your Nordy Club Status. If you’re not a cardholder, you’ll be able to shop between August 19-30. To find out what your Nordy Club status is, you can refer to the chart below.

Tips to shop the sale…

1. Download the Nordstrom App for notifications when items on your Wish List or in your Shopping Bag are back in stock.

2. Shop with your Nordstrom Card (or apply for a card here) so you can double your rewards. Cardmembers can use a “Personal Double Points Day” to earn 2X the points on any day you choose. These points translate into “Notes”, which you can use to purchase anything from Nordstrom.

3. Sign up for emails so you can stay up to date on Anniversary Sale news.

4. Shop online and take advantage of Nordstrom’s free shipping. They ship almost anything on the site to anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, for free.

5. If you don’t want to wait for shipping, try out Contactless Curbside Pickup, a fast and convenient way to get your items without shopping in stores.
