On the first morning that we arrived on the Big Island, we got up extra early to catch a sunrise and it was magical. The sunrises and sunsets in Hawaii are amazing, but we were lucky enough to capture this extra moody sunrise which cast such beautiful tones of pink, purple and yellow. It was unlike any sunrise we’ve ever seen! With the time difference , we’ve been so tired at night – which has made it easier to wake up early. We’ve woken up for sunrise every day this whole trip. That might be a little aggressive, but if you visit Hawaii, I highly recommend waking up for at least one sunrise. They are so beautiful, you won’t regret it! Each morning at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai we would walk along this path to the restaurant for breakfast and it was such a relaxing and rejuvenating way to start the day. We weren’t the only ones up early, we were actually surprised by how many people kicked off their day early too. I wore this adorable eyelet romper that I got for our trip. I had my tailor take in the straps a little because I’m so petite and straps rarely fit correctly. It’s one of my favorite pieces for summer. It so easy to throw on and it’s not see-through either! Today is our last day in Hawaii which I’m really sad about. We’ve had such an amazing trip, but it went by so quickly. We definitely will be coming back again soon. I can’t decide which island I like best, but the Big Island was truly special. It was like visiting paradise! I can’t wait to share more pictures and a full travel guide (with video) soon!
